Kudzu Center was founded by Teresa Wilson, a seasoned business strategist with more than forty years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors. Teresa built her career at the Social Security Administration and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), eventually serving as Associate Regional Administrator, where she led national work in Medicare policy, beneficiary services, and fraud investigations.

 

Later, in the private sector, she spent seven years leading global product development, marketing, publications, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs for a biotech and medical device startup company. She then returned to CMS to help shape the nation's Accountable Care Organization (ACO) program and several Innovation Center ACOs models over the past 13 years.

Today, Teresa brings this wide-ranging experience to help people, teams, and businesses grow through change. She specializes in making complex issues clear and practical, supporting people as they move through the liminal spaces — those uncertain but powerful places where real transformation takes root. ​
